Of those registrations, 1,142 are on Part 1 (where the legal duty to grant permissions applies) and 0 are on Part 2 (subject to local eligibility tests).
That leaves an outstanding deficit of 593 plots — Period 7 (2022).
The case for action
The council is legally required to grant enough plot permissions to meet that demand. In the last 12 months, only 78 were granted.
